Key Features of Water Pumping Wind Mill

• Tower has hinds at the base. So 3 pieces of 10 ft each can be assembled at site in horizontal position very quickly. Then after assembling head, wind rotor and tail, it can be erected in vertical position.
• Wind rotor has very simple construction. It is dispatched in dismantled condition. It can be assembled at site very easily.
• Safety system has unique design of protecting wind mill in storm by changing direction out of wind automatically but still continuing water pumping. This provision is nowhere in the world.
• At 10 m/s wind speed, it draws 180 lit of water per minute from 40 ft depth.
• Eccentric has 2 stroke positions 3 inch and 4.5 inch. So pump stroke is 6 inch and 9 inch. Moreover 3 different combinations of number of strokes per revolution of wind rotor can be arranged by sprockets. So totally 6 different combinations of strokes and speeds can be adjusted to suit any local condition of wind speed and depth of water.
• Tower is triangular 3 leg tower, base width from leg to leg 42 inch [1.06mt], height 30 ft [9mt], fully welded 3 parts of 10 ft [3mt] each to be joined by bolts at site.
• Wind Rotor has 20.5ft [6.2mt] diameter made of 8 radial pipes clamped at centre plate and also each supported at central pipe bowsprit and tip to tip wire ropes and 8 sails.
• Yawing Head with transmission to piston rod from wind rotor shaft to eccentric shaft by chain and sprockets and polypropylene crosshead.
• Safety System is with hanging tail vane of 6ft X 5ft changing direction as per wind and also protecting from storm automatically continuing water lifting.
• Pump has 6 inch diameter cylinder with piston pump complete with floating valve technology.
• Pipe Line -Suction and delivery pipe lines of 3 inch diameter X 10 ft long pieces both ends flanged with pump rod centre bush
